Bye Bye Lip Balm?

Day #17

I guess I'm going to try to give up lip balm again. It just seems like there are others who have had problems with lip balm ingredients and if I am really going to try to eliminate whatever is a potential problem for my skin the lip balm has got to go. :( I really need to try to stop licking and biting at my lips, too. Instead I'll go back to trying coconut oil.

Washed with warm water and the GSE solution in the morning and water and coconut oil in the evening. I also did the sugar glycerin solution a couple times for about an hour.

The bumps seem to be diminishing. The redness is still there. My skin feels better...not as itchy or tight.

I used a new neem oil bar soap on my hair today. I really like the results. Plus, no ingredients I might be sensitive to! I did a CO massage on my hair and left it in overnight. My hair is looking so much better, especially since my micro-trim the other day.

I'm trying to drink plenty of water. Still taking my vitamins. Still eating as best I can. Haven't had wheat/gluten in 2 weeks. I actually don't miss it much. I do wish I could have the cookies and fresh baked rolls, but it's easy enough to get over. I find that I'm not really craving candy, sugar or baked goods. I'm a bit surprised by that.

Dark Chocolate
Corn Flakes
Milk
Almonds
Rice chips
Rice-a-roni with chicken (lunch and dinner)
Mixed veges (frozen)
Red peppers
