Day #10
Today I am adding rice back into my diet. I have been eating cooked corn, but will also add cornmeal/cornflour. Feels good to have some grain to eat!
Washed face with warm water. Put on CO and plain lip balm.
Last night I did a CO massage on my hair and scalp. Today I used some clarifying shampoo and my favorite conditioner.
The area around my nose is still very itchy and red. The small rash bumps are still there. It seems like the sides of my chin are getting a bit better, but I am not sure. My forehead is breaking out a little.
I had a horrible headache in the afternoon/evening. This is typical for my Thursday routine. Took Ibuprofen and a 30 minute nap and it went away.
