I Want Chocolate So BAD!

Day #6

That's right. I really want chocolate. And cookies. And maybe even some chips. I don't eat chips or cookies very often, but what the heck?! The worst part is that there is chocolate in the house. But I shall persevere!

This morning I washed my hair and face with warm water. Washed my face with milk and applied coconut oil and lip balm.

My face looks about the same today. It feels a little itchy from time to time. My lips are still super sad. I applied lip balm just enough times to keep them from getting dried out and splitting/chapping.

This afternoon I smoothed a little bit of CO over my hair and pulled it up in a bun. I kept noticing splits. I need to get a trim. I haven't used the blow dryer in a week or so.

Before bed I washed with warm water and milk. Applied CO and lip balm. I've been brushing with my new toddler toothpaste. LOL

Food Today:

Cottage Cheese and sweetened fruit
Almonds, cashews
Cuties
Chamomile tea with Stevia
Red Raspberry tea
Cherry Berry tea
Chicken
Corn, Carrots
Salad w/ Ground Flaxseed, tsp of Ranch, sprinkle of cheese
Avocado
Natural peanut butter on celery

Vitamins: Vit C, E, Biotin, Beta Carotene, Selenium

My eating is pretty repetitive right now because I bought a bunch of Cuties and avocados. I got myself a bunch of nuts to snack on, I usually snack on crackers. I usually eat toast and cereal, too. I'm trying hard to avoid wheat and sugar. Well, I decided not to worry about fruit right now. I can't totally quit dairy, either. I have cut out drinking Ovaltine, which I was doing daily...along with hot chocolate. :D What can I say? I like chocolate...a lot.
